A pre-trial hearing has been set for this Thursday (August 20th) in the case of Phillip A. Thomas II who was arrested for stalking and breaking into the home of WWE superstar Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato), according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that Thomas has been charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping and criminal mischief.

The report notes that the hearing is to determine whether Thomas should be held without bail, or if he should be allowed to post bond and be allowed out of incarceration while waiting for the case to go to trial. Thomas, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, was attempting to kidnap Deville when he broke into her residence in Lutz, Florida, with the abduction planned for eight months.
