All Elite Wrestling superstar Jack Evans is reportedly dealing with backstage heat, stemming from his match against Preston Vance (aka 10) during the main event of Tuesday’s AEW Dark episode, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that the match, which saw Evans doing a Phoenix Splash, catching Vance in the face with an elbow and busting him open, with blood dripping through his mask, could be why the episode was pulled from YouTube and later edited as both men went straight to the finish and that after the match, -1 (aka Brodie Lee Jr) jumped into the ring as planned, but done a fist bump to the bloody hand of Vance, which was edited out of the broadcast and that Vance required medical attention upon returning backstage.

The report adds that this in turn led to Evans getting internal heat from “the people that you do not want heat with” in All Elite Wrestling and that whether connected or not, Evans was not in Angelico’s corner on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night.
