CHIKARA, which was founded in 2002 by Mike Quackenbush, will be shutting down in the wake of allegations against the company and the aforementioned Mike Quackenbush, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com who notes that an announcement is forthcoming.

The report also notes that Quackenbush will be resigning as the Head Trainer of The Wrestle Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
