Former NFL star Rob Gronkowski is close to finalizing a contract with the WWE, WWE Backstage and Pro Wrestling Sheet reporter Ryan Satin revealed during tonight’s WWE Backstage broadcast on FS1.

According to Satin, Gronkowski is expected to appear on the March 20th edition of WWE SmackDown on FOX.
