WWE are interested in re-signing former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman, who was released by the company in June due to reported budget cuts, according to a report from Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

The report notes that Strowman, who will be free to sign with other promotions from August 31st when his 90-day non-compete clause expires is seen as a name that the company want to bring back after recent AEW signings.
