WWE are internally planning to hold the WrestleMania 37 pay-per-view on April 11th this year, two weeks later than the originally planned date of March 27th, according to a report from Fightful Select.

The report notes that the event is obviously not expected to take place at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California as originally planned, but that if the above date of April 11th holds up, then the pay-per-view would not be taking place at either Tropicana Field in Tampa, Florida or the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida as both venues would be used by the Tampa Bay Rays and the Orlando Magic respectively at that time.

The Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, which was originally scheduled to host the WrestleMania 36 pay-per-view, prior to the Coronavirus pandemic putting plans to a halt, does not have events scheduled for the weekend in April.

The report also adds that WrestleMania 37 isn’t the only date that WWE have changed for this year, as the 2021 WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view was originally scheduled for January 24th, before being pushed back one week to January 31st.
