Bodyslam Wrestling Organization has released details regarding their next show, which is to be held on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2012, and it will aptly be names THE ST. PADDY’S DAY MASSACRE! After all of the surprises we saw in January at SHOWDOWN, we can only expect the repercussions to be huge as we enter the next big TV taping to be held at The Elmwood Park American Legion Post #147! There is really only one big news story to cover this week, so let’s get right into it…

PREACHER LEFT LAYING AT SHOWDOWN BY…TOMMY FACE?
In one of the biggest shocks of the night at SHOWDOWN, the long-anticipated rematch between Richie Rotten and Preacher seemed to be coming to a anticlimactic conclusion as Rotten and his Dynasty of Destruction abandoned the ringside area once Preacher regained the upper hand in what was one of the first classic brawls of BWO in 2012. When Preacher decided to forego a countout victory and pursue his rivals to the locker room, he was stopped short backstage and thrown back through the curtain by the former BWO World Champion, the head of La Famiglia, Tommy Face. After Preacher was thrown back to ringside area, the assault continued as Face mercilessly rained down punches on the unprotected skull of the half-conscious Preacher.

This war has clearly escalated to a whole new level as faces from the past continue to re-emerge and show their alliances either with Rotten, who has claimed he plans to not stop until the BWO is utterly destroyed, or with Preacher, who has become the surprising leader of the BWO resistance. To get a good idea of where Preacher’s mind is at after the attack, we reached out to him and he sent us these comments. After seeing the video, BWO President Seciton 8 has confirmed that the return match between Preacher and Richie rotten will indeed be a No Disqualification match, and it will take place Saturday, March 17, at THE ST. PADDY’S DAY MASSACRE!

What is truly alarming about the situation, and needs to be said is that Richie Rotten appears to have all the momentum going into a match like this, as he has drawn deep to find people to support his mission to utterly destroy preacher at every possible opportunity. Whether it is his own Dynasty of Destruction or a new nemesis like Tommy Face, Rotten seems to have a never-ending pool of resources to unleash in a match of this variety. How can Preacher overcome these odds, and how can be expected to when no one from the BWO locker room even ran out to save him from this last vicious attack?
