WWE United States Champion Rey Mysterio was spotted in Birmingham, Alabama yesterday where he is expected to be evaluated after suffering a separated shoulder during his match at the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

WWE are expected to announce the status of the United States Championship during next Monday’s RAW.
