RISE WRESTLING PRIDE & JOY
The Naperville, IL based, nationally touring women’s professional wrestling company RISE – Developing Tomorrow’s Women Athletes hosts their next event in Chicago’s Logan Square Auditorium June 30. Not only will the company showcase what it brands as “Today’s Best, Tomorrow’s Brightest in Women’s Professional Wrestling.” PRIDE & JOY will also showcase LGBTQ Talents from around the globe in an event being called Pro Wrestling’s Ultimate Event of Love and Inclusion.
Doors open at 4 PM at Chicago’s Logan Square Auditorium, located at 2539 N Kedzie Blvd. Bell time is 5 PM as PRIDE & JOY goes LIVE worldwide on Pay Per View via FITE TV.
The Party Hosts for this event will be stars of the new wrestling powerhouse All Elite Wrestling. AEW’s “Native Beast” Nyla Rose and Sonny Kiss promise a fun time for all in the house as well as those watching at home.
The Main Event showcases two trailblazers of their respective generations as the world renown “Liberace of Luca Libre” Cassandro el Exótico faces “The Latina Sensation” Mercedes Martinez. Martinez, a nearly 20 year veteran, made waves last year in WWE in her match with Japanese Legend Meiko Satomura in the company’s Mae Young Classic tournament, voted one of WWE’s Top 25 Matches of 2018.
RISE is donating 100% of its T-Shirt profits for the month of June to Center on Halstead, the midwest’s leading LGBTQ Social Services Center. The company will donate 100% of profits from their Pride Logo T-Shirt year round to Center on Halstead. RISE T-Shirts are available at prowrestlingtees.com/kevinharvey. The Pride Logo T-Shirt will be available for sale at PRIDE & JOY.
In addition, RISE will also be donating a portion of profits from Pay Per View sales to Center on Halstead.
