Roderick “Rod” McMahon III, the brother of WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, passed away last Wednesday at the age of 77.

Roderick, who had no part in the wrestling business, unlike his brother, their father and their grandfather, was a native of the Long Island, New York area, but was residing in Willis, Texas at the time of death. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force and founded North American Metals Inc. in 1987, a steel, custom forging and special metals distributor in Houston, Texas alongside his wife.

On behalf of Wrestling-News.Net, we would like to extend our condolences to the McMahon family.
