WWE RAW superstar Ronda Rousey was a guest on ESPN Radio’s Golic and Wingo today to promote the upcoming WrestleMania 34 pay-per-view.

The hosts asked Ronda if she is done with fighting, more specifically the UFC, to which Ronda noted that she never said that, but now she is a WWE superstar. Ronda put over the performers stating that what they do is not similar to the UFC, but more light fight choreography in film scenes and said that in the hammer scene in the film Old Boy, they had to rehearse and practice the scene for weeks on end and then it took three takes to get it right, but WWE performers do it live every night and do it after a quick conversation before saying that had she not spent time on movie sets, then she would not understand how amazing the WWE performers are for doing what they can do.

Rousey was asked to compare the training differences between WWE and UFC and said that the WWE training is rougher and that she is able to be rougher on her body, because she does not have to train to peak her body like she does for a fight. Ronda was then asked about the idea of boxer Floyd Mayweather possibly making the jump into MMA and said that it was not a good idea and he would not make for a good MMA fighter.

The hosts then asked Ronda about her experiences in the WWE to date, to which she said that everyone has gone out of their way behind the scenes, but she has had a few run-ins and laughed when she said that her list of potential allies is thinning, but noted that she has Kurt Angle on her side. Ronda said that there are a lot of people in professional wrestling who have given their life to it and take it seriously and she could understand why they would be wary of her, thinking that she is coming in for nothing else but a cash grab. Ronda said that she is working hard and trying to be consistent and said that yesterday was the first day that everything felt as if it was part of her regular routine. Rousey said that she could not tell fans what to expect at WrestleMania, because every day is a new experience for her and she never knows what is coming, so it is impossible to tell anyone else what to expect.
