Speaking through his social media accounts, WWE superstar Ryback (Ryan Reeves) noted that he underwent surgery for his ear, his nose and his throat and stated that now he has time to do so, having put off the surgeries for over 11 years.

Ryback’s contract is reported to be expiring soon and he has had no new communication with the WWE regarding a contract renewal since. The former WWE Intercontinental Champion was pulled from the ring by the company back in early May following the WWE Payback pay-per-view and released a lengthy statement at the time online where he discussed his current issues with the company.

Well due to some strict hospital rules and my surgeries requiring two doctors only could get the ear part of the surgery today. I am very thankful to have gotten this taken care of. Looking forward to some serious swimming with @wadebarrett and Michael Phelps soon!
