IMPACT Wrestling star Sami Callihan is expected to be out for several months after suffering a broken ankle during the most recent set of IMPACT Wrestling tapings at the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.

Additionally, according to a report from PWInsider.com, Callihan also broke both the tibia and the fibia bones in his left leg while executing a tope suicida and was released from the hospital today after undergoing surgery.
