Following last night’s EVOLVE 49 iPPV going off-air, WWE NXT superstar Sami Zayn came to the ring as Johnny Gargano and Ethan Page were recovering from their I Quit Match, which Gargano won, meaning he will not be leaving WWN. Zayn said that he was a professional wrestler who cut his teeth in EVOLVE and said that it has been a few years and he has an indy sized hole in his heart and thanked the fans for having him tonight and said that he has missed this and thanks everyone for supporting EVOLVE Wrestling.

Sami said that this is the ground floor of something very, very big for EVOLVE Wrestling and it is just going to get bigger and better and thanked everyone for being here. Sami then put over Gargano and told him that after seeing him in NXT and tonight, there is no doubt that Gargano is the man and said that there’s never been a more important time than now for him to step up and show it and said Gargano should become EVOLVE Champion. Zayn then once again thanked everyone for coming as they played his NXT theme music.
