WWE RAW superstar Sami Zayn announced that he will be launching a fundraiser this Friday at 2pm Eastern to raise money for medical relief in Syria.

For those wondering, the timing is set for the same time that WWE will hold their Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia. Sami has not traveled with WWE to any events in Saudi Arabia due to the relations between Saudi Arabia and Syria.

Intensified attacks in NW Syria are targeting civilians & medical facilities.

I will once again be partnering with @sams_usa to launch a mobile clinic in Syria to bring medical aid to those in desperate need.

Our fundraiser will be launched Friday, June 7, 2pm EDT.
