Former two-time WWE NXT Champion Samoa Joe made his return to WWE NXT during tonight’s show on the USA Network as an enforcer for WWE NXT General Manager William Regal.

Joe, who was offered the role of General Manager by Regal, rejected the role and instead offered his services to Regal, who informed Joe that as part of him taking on the role and Regal staying in his position that Joe can’t be an active competitor and can’t put his hands on any active competitor unless he is provoked, with teases that Joe could possibly face off against NXT Champion Karrion Kross down the line.
