In an update on the TNA Wrestling vs. Scott Steiner lawsuit filed in 2012 that was set to go to trial last November and was pushed back at the last moment, a report from PWInsider.com notes that it is now scheduled to go to trial on June 5th and will run for four days in Nashville, Tennessee.

For those unfamiliar, TNA Wrestling filed a lawsuit against Scott Steiner back in June 2012 on the claim of him breaching his contract, which a that point had actually expired, by making disparaging remarks about the company, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Bruce Prichard online.

Steiner has responded since then, by denying that he ever agreed to not disparage the company, ignored requests to stop speaking out, was in a legal and binding agreement with TNA Wrestling and that TNA Wrestling suffered damages as a result of his remarks and also stated that when his contract expired with the company, he decided to turn down a new contract offer.
