The second Mistico character, the brother of Ring Of Honor Wrestling stars RUSH and Dragon Lee, and the son of La Bestia del Ring, has departed the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion in Mexico, with the news of his departure first reported by Mas Lucha.

Mistico’s departure is the latest of several wrestlers to have left the promotion, with Nueva Generacion Dinamita (El Cuatrero, El Forastero & Sanson) departing earlier this month, only to show up on AAA TripleMania five days after the announcement of their departure, joining forces with Sam Adonis, Diamante Azul and Puma King at the event.

The second Mistico was given the name and the character in 2012 after the original Mistico (Caristico) had left the promotion to join the WWE at the time, however that name has now been returned to the original Mistico. Caristico and Mistico were the CMLL World Tag Team Champions prior to Mistico departing CMLL, with those titles now declared vacant.
