Several members of management and several representatives of top Japanese promotions met today with Japanese politician and former wrestler Hiroshi Hase regarding the global Coronavirus pandemic putting a dent into wrestling events.

The thirty minute meeting, which featured Naoki Sugabayashi and Hiroshi Tanahashi (New Japan Pro Wrestling), Suwama (All Japan Pro Wrestling), Naomichi Marufuji (Pro Wrestling NOAH), HARASHIMA (Dramatic Dream Team), Kyoko Inoue (Pro Wrestling Diana owner), Yuka Sakazaki (Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling) and Mayu Iwatani (STARDOM) featured the group asking for virus testing kits to be supplied to them so that they could test all of their rosters and crew in the hopes that they could allow events to continue with fans.

New Japan Pro Wrestling and STARDOM have not held any events since the global lockdown, however DDT, Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH have aired no fans shows on DDT Universe, priced at 900 Yen per month, while All Japan Pro Wrestling have done the same on their own streaming service AJPWTV.
