Several TNA Wrestling talents are starting to take a lot more independent wrestling appearance as the company has no more dates scheduled in their calendar after next month’s TNA Bound For Glory pay-per-view, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that TNA Wrestling talents under long-term deals are being paid on schedule and those with existing older deals with the company are still getting their regular base check, with the new contracts signed with small base pay or none at all, based on the number of dates a talent worked.

TNA Wrestling talents were told in the past that they had to contact the TNA offices to get independent wrestling dates approved, however that is no longer the case, but talent have been told that while they can take independent appearances, they can’t appear on anything that will air on television, pay-per-view or internet pay-per-view.
