YOU On Demand Chairman and former WWE Executive Vice President of Global Media Shane McMahon filed a legal complaint in the New York Supreme Court earlier this week against their building, Cobblestone Lofts at 28 Laight Street in New York City, the building’s managing agent and several unidentified design firm and construction groups, according to a report from Luxury Living New York City.

The report notes that McMahon filed the complaint due to water leaking from various points in his penthouse that have caused the growth of “certain toxic, airborne contaminants” inside their living space, giving McMahon, his wife and three children severe respatory ailments. The report also notes that this has caused a potential $5 million+ loss in property value and over $130,000 in damage to furniture, clothing, artwork and appliances and that Shane and family have personal possesions at a rental home at a cost of $15,000 per month, however most belongings are at a storage facilities at the cost of $5,000 per month.

The report also notes that Shane and his family will not be able to return to their home until the problems are fixed.
