SHANE TAYLOR DEFENDS ROH WORLD TV TITLE AT HONOR FOR ALL IN NASHVILLE
For years, Shane Taylor scratched and clawed his way for opportunities in ROH. Now that he’s the ROH World Television Champion, Taylor has become the hunted instead of the hunter.
At Honor for All in Nashville, Tenn., on Aug. 25, Taylor will put his title on the line against the winner of a Triple Threat Match between PJ Black, Bullet Club’s Chase Owens and LSG of Coast 2 Coast, which takes place the night before in Atlanta.
Black, Owens and LSG have never challenged for the ROH World Television Title, and all three feel they have something to prove.
Black, who has wrestled around the globe and won numerous titles, is looking to gain his first taste of ROH gold; Owens would love to return to his stablemates in Japan with his first major championship; and LSG, who has had success in the tag team division, wants to show what he can do in singles competition.
Since winning the title in May, Taylor has been a dominant champion, turning back the challenges of Bandido, Tracy Williams and Eli Isom. It was a long, hard climb to the top for Taylor, and it certainly won’t be easy to pry the championship away from him.
Who will Taylor face in Nashville? Will a new ROH World Television Champion be crowned? Join us live in person or streaming for HonorClub to find out!
