In an interview with WWE Digital following his return on WWE SmackDown, Shinsuke Nakamura commented on his return and his goal to become a World Champion in the company.

“I’m glad to be back, I’ve been to Japan, I had a great victory against Great Muta that was a historic match, then I recharged and I rebooted. I need a great opponent and also, I aim for the World Title.”
