WWE NXT debuted six new names as part of the relaunch of the brand on the USA Network tonight with Bron Breakker, Brooks Jensen, Trick Williams, Von Wagner, Ivy Nile and Tony D’Angelo making appearances on the show.

Bron Breakker, who opened the show against LA Knight is Bronson Rechsteiner, the son of former WWF and WCW superstar Rick Steiner and nephew of “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner. Rechsteiner was signed to a WWE NXT contract back in February 2021. Rechsteiner was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in April 2020, but cut from the team in August, which led to him purusing a career in professional wrestling.

Brooks Jensen, who teamed up with Josh Briggs to face off against Imperium’s Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner is Ben Buchanan, who was signed to a WWE NXT contract just last month. Buchanan is the son of former WWE superstar Bull Buchanan and was an Alabama State high school wrestling Champion, ending up undefeated in his weight class.

Trick Williams, who appeared in a segment alongside WWE NXT Breakout Tournament winner Carmelo Hayes is Matrick Belton, who was part of the February 2021 class. Belton began his training as part of the CZW Wrestling Academy and also pursued football, playing college football for Hampton University’s Pirates and South Carolina’s Gamecocks, as well as spending time as part of the Philadelphia Eagles training camp.

Von Wagner, who appeared in the Fatal Four Way Match for the WWE NXT Championship as a replacement for Kyle O’Reilly (who was not medically cleared to compete) is Cal Bloom who was signed to a WWE NXT contract in March 2019. Bloom is the son of former WWF, WCW and AWA star Wayne Bloom, who worked as Beau Beverly of The Beverly Brothers. Bloom made several appearances on WWE television during the main roster shows at the WWE Performance Center in 2020.

Ivy Nile, who was introduced as the newest member of the Diamond Mine faction is Emily Andzulis, the first-ever female Champion of the Titan Games series on NBC. Andzulis began her training under Dr. Tom Prichard and WWE Hall of Famer Kane before signing with the WWE and made a brief appearance as part of WWE RAW Underground, facing off against Shayna Baszler.

Tony D’Angelo, who it was announced in a vignette was coming soon to the brand is Joe Ariola who was also signed as part of the February 2021 class. Ariola wrestled for the University of Buffalo in college, qualifying for the NCAA tournament in 2016 and was an undefeated State Champion and National Champion in high school.
