Sammy Guevara came out on stage and confronted Chris Jericho who was on commentary. Jericho made the suggestion that the two should face off in order to work out their issues, so that they can then potentially focus on challenging for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Guevara and Jericho agreed to face off against each other AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
