In Ring Segment
Kevin Kelly came to the ring and announced Kevin Steen as “Professional Wrestling’s Worse Nightmare”. Steen got on the mic and said that he waited a year to return to this company and asked what company allows one of their best stars to stay at home for a year as chants of “Kill Steen Kill” filled the arena. Steen said that he wasn’t fired from the company for his out of control antics and what he done leading up to Final Battle back in 2010, but instead because he would not submit to Jim Cornette’s comments and respect Davey Richards. Steen said that if those idiots who believe that 2012 marks the end of the earth, then he’s going out as the ROH Champion whether the company are happy with that decision or not. Jim Cornette then came out with Cary Silkin, protected by security guards and exchanged insults with Steen, before stating that Steen had injured Steve Corino, Jimmy Jacobs and El Generico at Final Battle 2011 and it reminded him of Owen Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin and said that Steen’s package piledriver is now banned in Ring Of Honor. Steen told Cornette that he can ban his finisher in the company, but he will never ban him from the company again and promises that he will beat Davey Richards when he gets the opportunity and put the title around his waist.

Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin then came to the ring to a chorus of boos and Haas said that tonight, they will not face the Bravados, as Steen talked for too long and took up valuable airtime, so they will make their own rules. Benjamin the commented on the Baltimore fans and said that they turned their backs on Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team and stated that they will take the show hostage until they get a rematch from The Briscoes. The fans chanted rematch, rematch, rematch, as The Briscoes came out and Cornette made the match official.

ROH Tag Team Championship
The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) (c) defeated Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) via disqualification.
