Opening Segment
The show opened with Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards fighting from the back and into the crowd before security separated the duo. Jeremy Borash then came out and told Josh Mathews that there would be changes made and discussed the names of Mike Tenay and Jim Ross and announced that he himself will be joining commentary, but that there are changes coming.

Tag Team Match
Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe & Luster The Legend) defeated Bram & Kingston.

Fatal Four Way Match
Braxton Sutter (w/Allie) defeated DJ Z, Caleb Konley and Marshe Rockett.

Singles Match
Brandi Rhodes vs. KC Quinn never got started as Cody Rhodes came out and said that IMPACT Wrestling will not pimp out the Rhodes family name. Cody gave KC 45 dollars and said that it is 20 dollars more than what IMPACT Wrestling would have paid her and then left the ring with Brandi. Rosemary came out and attacked KC Quinn.

In Ring Segment
Bruce Prichard came out and said that IMPACT is not the same and that there were a group of talent that wanted to be great, but it did not happen and that this company is dead, despite new owners, new management and a new name. Prichard said that you start a company at the top with the greatest hybrid athlete and brought out Bobby Lashley. Bruce and Bobby talked about how Lashley will be the best ever wrestler and that no one will take the title from him. Alberto El Patron (the former Alberto del Rio) came out and said that Bobby has not beaten him. Ethan Carter III then came out and said that Alberto El Patron can not come in here on his first night and get a title opportunity and that he needs to earn it and that Ethan Carter III should get a title shot. Bobby Lashley told EC3 no and that he wants to face Alberto El Patron.

In Ring Segment
Dutch Mantel came out and said that this is the first time that he has appeared on IMPACT Wrestling and talked about how much he loves wrestling and then put over the roster and said that the last time he was here there were the likes of AJ Styles, Sting, Bobby Roode, Kevin Nash and more and that they all left because of a lack of leadership and vision, however that is now going to change.

In Ring Segment
Cody came out and demanded that Moose makes his way to the ring, however Jeremy Borash told Cody that Moose is in Japan. Cody threw the GFW NexGen Championship into the ring and began a sit-in.

Tag Team Match
Laredo Kid & Garza Jr defeated Eli Drake & Tyrus.

Singles Match
Sienna defeated Rachael Ellering.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match
Alberto El Patron defeated Bobby Lashley to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
