Karen Jarrett came to the ring and said that Maria Kanellis is gone as she had a nervous breakdown after what happened during the Laurel Van Ness wedding and said that Sienna has been a bully to the entire IMPACT Wrestling women’s locker room and called her out to get things to stop. Sienna came out and said that she earned her way to IMPACT Wrestling and didn’t have to marry someone to get her. Karen said that Sienna has no idea what she did to get here and demands an apology or else, however before she could go any further, Kevin Matthews debuted as a relative of Sienna and threatened Karen Jarrett. Braxton Sutter came out, which led to Karen announcing a match between the two for later in the evening.

In Ring Segment
Jeremy Borash came to the ring to interview Knockouts Champion Rosemary, however ODB came out and challenged her, which led to more Knockouts coming out and a brawl erupting.

Ethan Carter III came out to the ring, however before he could cut any sort of a promo, “Cowboy” James Storm came out. Storm said that the highest-rated episode of IMPACT Wrestling was when he won the World Championship and said that he is going to win that title again.

Fatal Four Way Match To Determine The New IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Champions
LAX (Mike Draztik & Angel Ortiz) defeated Decay (Crazzy Steve & Abyss), Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe & Luster The Legend) and Laredo Kid & Garza Jr to become the new IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Champions.

Eli Drake defeated Caleb Konley.
In Ring Segment
Bruce Prichard came out and said that the ongoing Josh Mathews and Jeremy Borash issues have to come to an end and that they can put together teams next week to face off.
Knockouts Gauntlet Match
ODB won the gauntlet to become the #1 Contender for the Knockouts Championship.

“Cowboy” James Storm came to the ring and said that he is going to win the World Championship, however Kingston and Bram came out and said that what they all agreed upon for DCC has been ruined by Storm’s actions. Storm looked at both men and spat beer in their faces, before hitting them both with the Last Call Superkick.
