The following results are from a recent TNA Impact Wrestling TV Taping. The taping took place at the Impact Wrestling Zone at Universal Studios Florida on January 9th and January 10th, 2012 in Orlando, Florida and will air on January 19th, 2012 at 9pm Eastern on Spike TV.

Singles Match
Gunner (w/Ric Flair) defeated AJ Styles. Following the match, Gunner attempted to DDT Styles on the exposed floor, however Styles escaped.

Singles Match
Crimson defeated Magnus. Following the match, Samoa Joe came out and attacked Crimson, however Matt Morgan came out to even the odds. Both Magnus and Joe got the advantage before heading to the back.

In Ring Segment
James Storm came to the ring and said that he is now once again the Number One Contender to the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and will face off against Bobby Roode at Against All Odds, proving that he is better than Kurt Angle and at Against All Odds, he will become a 2-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Jeff Hardy came out and said that no one is getting a title shot until he gets his return match against Roode, however Storm lets Hardy know that Roode screwed him over first. Roode them came out and told them that he is flattered that they are arguing over his title. Roode then tells Storm that there was a stipulation in place that he would face the winner, however since there was no winner last week, his title shot is now null and void. Roode said that has given Hardy two shots at the title in a various amount of days and Hardy failed at both opportunities and Storm isn’t getting a shot neither, however Sting’s music played and he came out. Sting says once again Roode found another loophole and called him a clever son of a b****, but noted that TNA are fixing things tonight with a Number One Contender Match between Jeff Hardy and James Storm.

Singles Match
Eric Young defeated Angelina Love (w/Winter) via disqualification. Following the match, Winter and Angelina Love attacked Eric Young until ODB came out and made the save. Young kissed ODB and then looked at her stunned realising what just happened.

In Ring Segment
TNA X-Division Champion Austin Aries came out and said that he is sorry for sounding like a broken record, however there is no one in his league and he has proven time and time again to fans that hate him and nobodies that love him that he is the greatest X-Division star ever. Alex Shelley’s music plays and he comes out and states that he got injured a year ago and came back, only to see Chris Sabin get hurt and wanted to wait for Sabin to recover from his injury before coming back to the ring, however Sabin told him it was okay to come back now and recalls a few months back feuding with Aries over the title. Shelley says that he was not the one who lost those matches and now he wants a title shot.

Singles Match
James Storm and Jeff Hardy was declared a no contest due to interference from Bully Ray who hit referee Brian Hebner with his steel chain. Ray then hit Hardy and Storm with the chain and then attacked Earl Hebner and Brian Stiffler. Sting came out with a bat and hit Ray with it and chased him to the back, however Roode got in the ring at this time and hit both Hardy and Storm with the World Title. Roode says that the match is a no contest and he is the most dominant champion in Impact Wrestling history.
