Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga is expected to announce tomorrow that Japan’s ongoing State of Emergency in the Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Hyogo regions will be extended until May 31st, with Aichi and Fukuoka to be added to the previously mentioned regions, according to a report from Kyodo News.

For those wondering how this will affect professional wrestling events in the country, the restrictions on events are expected to be relaxed, meaning that in theory, all events should be allowed to go ahead with less than 5,000 people in attendance or any number that is lower than 50% of the capacity of the venue in the specified areas.
