In an update on the potential of Sting and Hulk Hogan wrestling at next year’s WrestleMania 31 pay-per-view, a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there is a possibility that for both men, a wrestling match at next year’s event will be the final match in both of their careers.
The report notes that Hogan has been pushing heavily for a match against John Cena and if he can pass WWE’s strict physical, that it could make the company change plans regarding Cena’s potential opponent at WrestleMania 31, unless they come up with other plans for Hogan. Sting on the other hand, has been heavily pushing for a match against fellow wrestling legend The Undertaker, something that has been talked about in the company for several years.
For those wondering, Sting will be turning 56 the week of WrestleMania and Hogan will be almost 61 at the time.
