WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) was arrested in Aberdeen Township, New Jersey on Tuesday, February 27th, according to the Monmouth County Sheriffs’ Office who note that Sytch is facing six charges of contempt – disobedience/resistance relating to Sytch not appearing before the court in two different jurisdictions.

Sytch’s bond is listed at $6,000, however she remains incarcerated in Monmouth County, New Jersey, as she is held as a fugitive of justice in Pennsylvania.

For those wondering, this is due to when Sytch was paroled from the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Carbon County, Pennsylvania after agreeing to attend a WWE-sponsored rehab, with the court ordering her to directly report to an in-patient drug rehabilitation in Hanover, Pennsylvania, successfully complete the in-patient program, successfully complete any aftercare recommendations and report to the Carbon County Probation Office upon completion of said program, with her release orders noting that failure to do so would result in a petition to revoke her parole.

The court records in Pennsylvania show that Sytch’s probation revocation was delivered on February 28th, meaning that the bench warrant for her arrest may have been found electronically when she was being processed in New Jersey. If she is charged, based on initial court records, Sytch could be facing up to 5 years imprisonment, plus additional penalties against her.
