Attorneys representing WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) filed a petition for parole with a hearing set for February 20th at 1:15pm in the Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

For those unfamiliar with the story, Sytch has been incarcerated since March of last year after a bench warrant was issued for her arrest in the State of Pennsylvania on February 15th, 2019. On that day, the Carbon County Probation Department filed their motion to revoke her October 2018 parole as Sytch had missed a scheduled drug test on February 11th and failed to report as directed to her parole officer, while she had also failed to maintain a stable residence or report her whereabouts.

Additionally, court records indicated that while Sytch made restitution payments of $120 in the months of October 2018 and November 2018 as part of an agreed-upon payment plan, she had not made any additional payments since that time.
