WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) is scheduled to have a hearing regarding her parole this Thursday, February 20th at 1:15pm in Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania, according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that Sytch’s new attorneys filed the petition last month after taking her on as a client.

For those unfamiliar with Sytch’s situation, she has been incarcerated since March 2019 after a bench warrant was issued for her arrest in the State of Pennsylvania on February 15th, 2019.

The same day, Carbon County’s Probation Department filed their motion to revoke her October 2019 parole as Sytch had missed a scheduled drug test on February 11th and failed to report as directed to her parole officer, while she also failed to maintain a stable residence or report her whereabouts.

Court records later indicated that while Sytch made restitution payments of $120 in the months of October 2018 and November 2018 as part of an agreed-upon payment plan, she had not made any additional payments since that time.
