In an recent interview with Bill Apter, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (Sunny) noted that she waiting to be sentenced for the DUI charges that she plead guilty to and that while things could change, the presiding Judge was willing to let her time in rehab count towards whatever her sentence will be and said that she was hopeful that the time in rehab would replace whatever her jail time may be.

Sytch said that she filed a guilty plea, because she was blackout drunk during what she said was the worst relapse of her life during the period that she was arrested three times and legitimately could not remember anything from the arrests and since she could not testify in court about what happened and the police had video footage of her in that state, a decision was made to plead guilty as part of an agreement between the two sides.

The presiding Judge in the case previously stated that there would be mandatory prison terms on 2 of the 3 counts against Sytch. If Sytch is approved for Pennsylvania’s Intermediate Prisoner Program, then she would also be subject to house arrest following her prison term.

Sytch was scheduled to be sentenced back on July 5th, however that was delayed and as of writing, there is no new sentencing date set on the court dockets.
