In an update on WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch appearing in court on Friday, September 25th after being arrested on Wednesday, September 23rd for a bench warrant after no showing three court dates regarding her arrest in May in Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, Sytch’s bench warrant was cancelled under several conditions.

The conditions in full noted that Sytch would have to pay $2,000 cash to bond out of jail, which she did later in the afternoon, that she would report to the Carbon County Adult Parole/Probation Department within 72 hours of her release, that she will officially notify the Court, the District Attorney’s office and her attorney of any charge of address or phone number, that she will have a drug and alcohol evaluation done and follow all recommendations made to her.

Sytch will also have to agree to a zero tolerance policy for the possession, control and consumption of alcoholic beverages and non-prescribed medication and if she violates any of those rules, she will end up being arrested for violating the terms of her bail. Sytch will have to agree to another zero tolerance policy if she misses any urine screenings without a legitimate reason and if she misses a urine screening and can’t produce a legitimate reason, it will be considered a violation of her bail. Sytch will have to agree to appear before the court on December 2nd for the Call of the List, a reading of the charges against her in which the Judge will be advised if there was any plea bargain made between the Prosecutors and Sytch and that if there is no plea bargain made, Sytch will agree that she will appear in court for her Jury Trial on December 7th.

Sytch is scheduled for another court appearance next week in Palmerton, Pennsylvania where she currently resides for a preliminary hearing in regards to two other driving under the influence related arrests. At the hearing, she is scheduled to face charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic and careless driving for arrests that took place on June 1st and June 20th of this year.
