IMPACT Wrestling confirmed this afternoon that Tom Hannifan (fka Tom Phillips during his time in WWE) has joined the company as their new play-by-play announcer, news that was first reported by former WWE on-air talent Renee Paquette (fka Renee Young).

Hannifan will begin in his role as part of tonight’s IMPACT Hard To Kill pay-per-view.
