WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque took part in the post-WrestleMania 40 press conference and discussed several topics, including the success of WrestleMania 40, storylines, recent changes and more.

Levesque noted that WrestleMania 40 set records for social media, merchandise and sponsorship, while it destroyed the record for gate and that by every metric, the event is the biggest WrestleMania of all-time, noting that they had 145,298 across both nights of WrestleMania.

Levesque said that there is often a lot of banter about the greatest of all times and that few guys who come along are here to change the industry and that Roman Reigns is that good, and he can’t say enough good things about him. Levesque added that in regards to Cody Rhodes and that storyline, Sunday was not about finishing his story, rather it was finishing that chapter of it and said that he has a lot of respect for Cody, as well as Cody’s late father Dusty, and said that he could feel Dusty’s presence at WrestleMania.

Levesque said that it is not the Triple H era, rather it is our era, praising Lee Fitting’s direction and production, and said that people are excited about the new changes and he loves working with him, noting that Lee has a passion for wrestling and that he can’t say enough good stuff about him. Levesque also put over Nick Khan, stating that he can’t believe the changes that he has made and that their partnership has been amazing, and that it should be his era too.
