In a recent interview with Sam Roberts at the WWE Performance Center, Triple H discussed the NXT talents, building up the NXT brand, Vince McMahon running the WWE and more.

Triple H talked about how himself and other officials expect a lot out of the NXT talents, because they’re been given more tools than any other talent in the business has been given to succeed and when he’s recommended a talent that the company should bring in, the biggest thing that he wants to know about is their attitude.

Triple H said that he gets more excitement now when bringing up talents successfully, such as Bray Wyatt and that noboy will ever take Vince McMahon’s spot and he doesn’t think about that, stating that Vince isn’t going anywhere any time soon. Triple H said that it’s all about making the WWE product great and the future of the company and that whoever is sitting in the chair, him or Vince, at the end of the day does not matter.

Triple H then went on to note that they take the talents that they have in NXT and try to write a show that he would want to watch each weeks and in regards to people comparing the main roster shows and NXT, he said that the pressure of writing a 3-hour show each week is a lot different than the pressure of writing a 1-hour show each week and the main goal in NXT is to bring those talents up to the main roster, but would be happy if they can be the ones to build the NXT product.
