Triple H and WWE superstar John Cena are said to be the two top names behind the recent push of Cesaro on WWE television, despite Vince McMahon still needing to be convinced on Cesaro as a long-term main event level talent.

In the case of Triple H, he had originally planned to split the Tyson Kidd & Cesaro tag team prior to the end of the year before Kidd got hurt and had plans for both to feud as singles stars and then move into different feuds, while in the case of John Cena, it is once again Cena pushing for some of the company’s more promising talent to be used in more prominent roles. Cena has always been a fan of Cesaro’s work and like Triple H, has been pushing Vince McMahon in recent weeks to make the most of what they have with the former WWE Tag Team Champion.

There are several people within the company that have the same opinion as Vince McMahon, however after last night’s match on WWE RAW, that opinion was said to be changing, with several of those names glued to monitors for the main event. The internal feeling is that both Cena and Triple H are getting their way and that this could potentially lead to more pushes for other talents in the coming months.
