Speaking through his official Twitter account, Ring of Honor’s head of marketing Court Bauer announced that due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, UFC fighter “Filthy” Tom Lawlor will not be appearing at the Ring of Honor “Best in the World” pay-per-view event.
