In an update on the charges being dropped against former WWE, WCW and TNA Wrestling superstar Kevin Nash, local officials have determined that Nash was not the primary aggressor in the domestic incident on Christmas Eve involving his son Tristen.

Speaking to TMZ.com on the matter, Kevin Nash’s attorney Michael Politis noted that Nash is glad that the charges were dropped because of his career with the WWE and his potential induction into the WWE Hall of Fame and that Nash didn’t want to be placed in the same category as the NFL player who punched his wife in the elevator.

WWE suspended Nash’s legends contract per their policy to suspend anyone involved in a domestic violence incident and while Nash was initially booked for next week’s WWE RAW Reunion, he was later removed from advertising following his arrest. The investigation into the case of Tristen Nash is still ongoing.
