In an update on WWE NXT talent HoHo Lun requesting his release from the company, in an interview with WWE’s official website, Lun noted that he requested his release so that he could return home to care for his ailing mother.

Lun stated in the interview, “I went to Honk Kong for vacation about three weeks ago and that’s when I realized that my mother is sick. That’s why I decided to tell Matt Bloom, the head coach of the PC, that I wanted to request my release.”

The report notes that the company granted Lun his request and he has since returned home to rejoin his family and will work as an unofficial ambassador for the WWE in the Hong Kong area.
