In an update on WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett vs. IMPACT Wrestling lawsuit, Jarrett’s attorneys filed a motion asking for an extension in filing an extension allowing them until April 12th to submit an update on where things stand with the lawsuit that he and his company, Global Wrestling Entertainment have filed against IMPACT Wrestling’s parent company Anthem, according to news first reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

The report notes that the request, which Anthem’s attorneys have agreed to, is due to Jarrett’s travel schedule, responsibilities that Jarrett’s attorneys have on a matter that is not related to the lawsuit and the international travel required of Anthem’s attorneys preventing all sides from being able to meet for a conference on the case.

The report further states that all sides are working on figuring out when they will be able to meet.
