In an update on WWE superstar and current NEVER Openweight Champion Karl Anderson’s return to New Japan Pro Wrestling, Anderson will defend the title on December 14th in Sendai, Japan against Hikuleo.

Gallows was originally scheduled to defend the title against Hikuleo back on November 5th at NJPW Battle Autumn in Osaka, Japan, however due to Anderson being booked for WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on that same date, the title defense was pushed back.
