WWE main roster talent who were released from the company as part of cutbacks related to COVID-19 will still have the traditional 90-day no compete clause and will not be available to work for any other promotion until July 15th.

In the case of WWE NXT talent, any talent that was released will have a 30-day no compete clause and will not be available to work for any other promotion until May 15th.
