In an update on Rey Mysterio being inducted into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame later this month, Rey is expected to be inducted by Konnan, according to a report from Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

The report notes that the induction request was made by Mysterio himself, as the two have a long-standing friendship and that Konnan is the godfather of Mysterio’s son and fellow WWE superstar Dominik Mysterio.
