In an update on WWE changing timeslots for pay-per-view events beginning with next month’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view, advertising on the WWE Network confirms that the event will indeed kick off at 7pm Eastern, with a Kickoff Show taking place one hour prior to the event.

For those wondering, according to a report from PWInsider.com, this does not necessarily mean that all future pay-per-view events will be timed to run four hours exactly and that most likely, the shows will run in the area of three hours to three and a half hours, with the company having the ability to go longer or shorter as needed, while major events, such as WrestleMania and SummerSlam are scheduled to go anything up to 7 hours long, including the Kickoff Show.

WWE have already contacted providers such as Sky in the United Kingdom to inform them of the new change.
