In an update on the WWE potentially resuming touring with live events, the WWE intends to hopefully start out with some test live events over the Summer, however the company are very early in their planning stages, with those plans subject to where things stand nationally with the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as whatever the local rules and regulations are in different cities and municipalities, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

The report notes that the company would like to start the process in July or August, but have not yet pulled the trigger on those plans as they are strategizing on how to best handle the situation and are paying close attention to how numerous waves of the pandemic have played out internationally, as they want to make the best-informed decision as to when and where they start and that while they could do a few test run weekends, as of now, no touring dates have been locked in, nor have any buildings been booked for WWE live events.
