In an update on WWE’s television rights negotiations, WME-IMG (William Morris Endeavor) has brought in a second agency, Creative Arts Agency (CAA) to assist on WWE’s current television rights negotiations, due to WME-IMG owning the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), which may have caused a conflict of interest that could have jeopardized any television deal, worth as much as $400 million, according to a report from The Wrap.

The report notes that CAA is being brought in so that there would be a system of checks and balances set up to protect the interests of all those involved and when contacted by The Wrap, a WWE spokesperson stated that the company would continue a longstanding partnership with WME-IMG, as well as working relationships with other agencies and strategic advisors from around the world.
